We invite you to celebrate the seasons with us as we launch our supper club series, a new quarterly dining experience created for food lovers, friends and neighbours alike. This series is about bringing people together around our table to enjoy the very best of our wonderful local suppliers each season. Every event features a carefully crafted multi-course feast inspired by local produce, thoughtful drinks pairings, and the warm, convivial atmosphere that defines Winton hospitality.


THE
SPRING LARDER
Join us as we celebrate spring - its freshness, its flavour, and the community that brings it to life.
We invite you to gather at the table for the Spring edition of our seasonal supper club celebrating the very best of this seasons abundance.
Guests will be welcomed from 7pm with canapés inspired by the season and arrival drink before gathering for a three-course dinner, with optional paired drinks.
This special evening is created in proud association with John Gilmore Butchers, respected local producers of fine meats and longstanding champions of local farming and small-batch, sustainable producers. Their commitment to provenance and quality lies at the heart of this collaboration.
Our Spring Larder Menu is a celebration of renewal, tender new-season vegetables, vibrant greens, fragrant herbs, and carefully sourced meats that reflect the richness of our local landscape.
Please note, this is a communal dining experience. Guests will be seated together at shared tables.
Due to the nature of the event, we are only able to accommodate vegetarian and NGCI dietary requirements.

Following our upcoming Spring Larder Menu, the Winton Supper Club will continue throughout the year with seasonal events in, summer, and autumn. Though dates and menus are still to be confirmed, each gathering will celebrate the unique flavours and character of its season. More details will be released soon. SUMMER
Midsummer Nights
Expect bolder, vibrant plates highlighting local salmon, shellfish, free-range chicken, tomatoes, berries, and crisp garden vegetables

AUTUMN
Forager's Feast
Expect rich, comforting flavours with venison, game birds and Scottish beef, paired with roasted root vegetables, squash, apples, and late-harvest fruits.

WINTER
The Winter Table
Expect rich, hearty dishes deeply rooted in the land. Featuring winter root vegetables, slow-cooked Scottish lamb and game, seasonal greens, and warming herbs and spices.
